The XLP type cyclone dust collector is a high-efficiency cyclone dust collector with a bypass channel on the outside ofthe cyclone cylinder body. It can make a part of the gas containingmore dust near the inner wall of the cylinder pass through the bypassinto the lower part of the cyclone barrel to reduce the dust from beingdischarged,especially for dusts larger than 5um, has a higher dustremoval efficiency. It is used to remove dense non-fibrous andcohesive dust from industrial exhaust gases. It can effectivelyseparate tobacco ash, talcum powde1 quartz powder,limestone powder,slag cement, cement rawmaterial,etc. It has the characteristics ofsimple structure, convenient operation, high temperatureresistance, low resistance and high dust removal efficiency. It is. suitablefor mining.metallurgy and fire-resistant Gas purification in industrial sectors such as materials, coal, chemicals,building materials and electricity.
The dust collector is divided into a suction type X type and a press type Y type ,and the X and Y types are further classified into an N type (left turn) and an S type(right turn) according to the rotation direction of the volute.
